Safikul Molla, popularly known as “Saif The Manager,” started his journey in the events industry with **360 Legacy**, a small student-led volunteering and event operations initiative. What began with managing volunteers and supporting events gradually turned into a hands-on learning experience in crowd management, box office operations, F&B distribution, artist coordination, manpower deployment, and large-scale on-ground execution. With every event, Saif took on bigger responsibilities — planning operations, building teams, allocating manpower, coordinating with clients and production teams, and personally ensuring execution on the ground. The experience gained through 360 Legacy became the foundation for what came next. As the vision grew beyond volunteering, 360 Legacy evolved into StageOne Entertainment Private Limited — a company built around professional event management, operations, manpower, production support, and artist management. Today, as the Founder & COO of StageOne, Saif continues to work with the same hands-on approach that defined his early journey. He believes that planning is only the beginning — the real work is making the plan happen. His reputation has been built through execution. Clients and teams know that when Saif takes responsibility for an operation, there is one less thing to worry about. “Saif kaam kar raha hai toh tension nahi — kaam ho jayega.” Over time, that confidence turned into a phrase associated with his entire team: “Saif ke bande hain? Toh kaam ho jayega.” From 360 Legacy to StageOne, Saif’s journey has been about one thing — starting small, building the right people, taking responsibility, and getting the job done.

From managing critical permissions to ensuring that every operational requirement is cleared and in place, Shakir Shaikh has built a reputation as the man who gets things moving. Coming from the world of Bollywood, Shakir’s journey has been anything but ordinary. He has worked in the industry as a Body Double Artist and Stunt Master, gaining valuable hands-on experience while working alongside established names and teams, including the Verma Brothers, where he has been closely associated with managing and coordinating Teenu Verma . His experience across entertainment, production and on-ground operations has given him a unique understanding of how the industry works—from permissions and coordination to people, production and execution. Today, as Founder & Head of Corporate Affairs at StageOne Entertainment, Shakir brings those industry connections and years of experience to the forefront. His role is built around one simple principle: if the work has to happen, the groundwork has to be right. Alongside Saif and the StageOne team, Shakir represents a new generation determined to challenge the conventional entertainment ecosystem, build stronger industry networks and create productions that make bold headlines. From Bollywood sets to corporate affairs, from permissions to execution—Shakir Shaikh is building the connections that turn ambitious plans into reality.

A self-made professional, B.Com graduate, and aspiring LLB professional, Aarti Soni represents the determination and resilience of a new generation of women stepping into leadership within the entertainment industry. Aarti’s journey with Saif began from the ground level of event operations. She started by working alongside him on events, learning the realities of manpower management, coordination, execution and on-ground operations. What began as an opportunity to work in events gradually became a journey of growth, responsibility and leadership. With her ability to understand both the operational and financial sides of the business, Aarti progressively took on greater responsibilities and eventually stepped into the position of Operations & Finance Head. Through experience, consistency and self-learning, she built her place within the organization—not simply through a designation, but through the work she delivered. Today, as Executive Director – Operations & Finance at StageOne Entertainment, Aarti is responsible for helping drive the company’s operational structure, financial planning, budgeting, coordination and execution. Her journey is a reflection of a self-made woman who started by learning on the ground and is now preparing to lead from the front. From working alongside Saif at events to becoming one of the key pillars of StageOne’s operations, Aarti’s story is about  growth, discipline and earning leadership through action. And this is only the beginning. Aarti Soni is now preparing to lead the next wave of events—bringing together strong operations, financial discipline and fearless execution to build what comes next for StageOne Entertainment.
